PC link - stay well away if you value your sanity!

Ordered a record player with them in December 2021. After numerous emails to them (as they don’t have any telephone customer service!), they are not responding and I have no goods and no refund almost five months later. Stay well away from this company! They are atrocious, take your money and in mine and many others experience, give zero customer service or goods. I still am awaiting a refund for over 2000 rand and doubt I shall ever see this money back. I don’t know how the owner sleeps at night.
