PC Link service does not exist!!!

Ordered a UPS that stated in stock delivery the following week only to be advised “ sorry item in stock was damaged, we are expecting stock to come in on 17 November”. I followed up again to be told we are busy unpacking stock now we will advise And now several emails later no response. There are no contact numbers, just an info address and now we wait.
