PC LINK - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT DELIVERING GOODS

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this online company. I placed an order on the 11th of August which you also need to pay immediately and Im still waiting. Been waiting for more than 2 months now after they sent an email of order confirmation stating that there will be a 20 day waiting period. Till last week, they still responded to my emails but now Im being ignored. Their phone has been disconnected and the only way of communication is through email if only they will communicate. Their last email stated that the the goods were suppose to be received last week and I havent received it and Im not getting answers. Pc Link has no customer relationship. If only I knew about their poor service I would have not supported their online service. Good luck to all who are in the same situation, I hope and pray we all get what we paid for or get refunded and I hope and pray that no one else may experience this frustration. Choose wisely before shopping online.
