PC Link offers the WORST SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Im really unhappy about the service im getting from PC link. I have placed an order with them on the 08/11/2021. I had to email them 6 times just to get a response from the support team to say that my order will arrive in the second week of January 2022. I emailed again afterwards and the only response was that they have request for the shipping details and they will advise...up until now i havent receive feedback. No one is answering my emails. I have requestes for a cancellation and refund but no reply. This is the worst service i ever received from a company!!!
