PC Link not responding to emails and false advertising.

The level of unprofessionalism is really frustrating. Placed an order February 19 and paid but upto now it hasn't been delivered . They are now telling me to wait for stock but they had indicated the item is in stock already. Now l have written several emails to them requesting an update or a refund rather but noone responds to my emails anymore.
