PC link not receiving order

I placed an order on the 14th March 2022 with PC link

The order status still shows as not paid although i did the EFT and emailed proof of payment to PC Link

There is no telephone contact details for PC link and their emails goes un answered

How do I get as update from PC link or get my money back
