PC Link - Non-Delivery , Poor Customer Service

Good Day, I have placed an order with PC link (O/N 24948) on 16 September 2021, till date I have not received any feedback on where my goods are. I have send countless email and I am returned with what seems to be an automated message "Kindly note that we will follow up on the status of your order and revert back to you as soonest" this has been going since end September 2021. To make matters worse - they have a telephone number but dont take calls or the line is unavailable. Please can someone guide me on how to get ahold of PC Link and a status of my order?
