PC LINK - NO REFUND!!!!!

I ordered from PC Link on 28 August 2021. I was given a ETA for delivery. When the delivery date was due, I mailed PC Link and asked for an update on the ETA. This happened various times as the delivery date was moved on and on. I had to mail PC Ljnk every time and ask for an update. The response every time was that there was a delay from the supplier. A refund was offered every time, but because I really needed the ordered items, I agreed to wait. I finally said during February 2022 that I cannot wait anymore and requested a refund. The last response I received from PC Link was it was given to the accounts department. I have sent numerous emails, (more than one mail a day) every day since 03 March 2022. I have received numerous Zendesk replies with a reference number. I cannot call them - there is an answering service that informs you that you have to mail them. I ordered from them before and also had numerous delays but eventually did receive my order. I checked this morning still no refund. They do not deserve the 1 star. I have threatened to send the police - still no response.
