PC Link make commitments and waste people's time

I phoned PC Link on the 11th of Feb 2019 to check on stock availability on Ipad Keyboards. Their sales dept confirmed stock and I made payment of the order immediately. I then had to phone and email multiple times to get feedback only to be told that they didnt have stock and would either give me a credit or process a refund. After being told that I could collect my order within an hour of them receiving payment to be told this after 24 hours of worrying if they are even legit. STAY AWAY!!!!!
