PC Link - lack of service and response.

I ordered an aviation radio and paid R1 048.00 for it on 2 November 2021. The order was confirmed by email, with advice that delivery should take 10-25 working days, and I was informed that I would get shipping and delivery updates by email. I have received nothing since since then. They do not answer phone enquiries - there is a message to say this. They do not respond to email enquiries.
