PC Link is a ****, do not buy from them

Do not buy anything for PC Link!!! You have been warned... read below

I placed an order on the 15th October for R2,435.00 (Order #26112) I was aware the website said it can take upto 20 working days to fulfill my order.

After 20 working with is about a month, send them an email requesting some feedback.

The take about 4 to 7 days to respond on average, you get a very short response that does not provide you with comfort as to why you have not received your order or if your order will arrive. Just an apology and we will look into it. After demanding proper feedback they eventually get back to you saying your goods are stuck in customs and they are not sore if it will arrive...

So after more than a month I request to cancel the order and ask for a refund.

Again 4 to 7 days go by and will a short response like we will request to process your refund, every week that passes, I send an email following up on my refund and the only response I get is, sorry we will follow up with the refund department, it's been over 2 months and still my refund has not been processed.

If you read all the 1 star reviews, they all have the same problem. These guys seem to be running a ****, I am going to open up ******** charges against this company!
