PC Link - I am very worried!

I ordered a very expensive item from P.C. Link. The item was not delivered on the anticipated date. My contact was by email, the published phone number informed me that there was no one available to pick up my call - "all staff are working from home". Dehan responded to me saying that delivery will be delayed. I will be on holiday on the anticipated delivery date and all my efforts to contact PC-Link to amend the delivery date have been met with silence.
