Pc link disappointing service

Extremely unacceptable service. I bought a cricut maker from them and since the money was debited there’s no feedback from them, what company has their phones switched off? I mean u cannot callin to check your product. I cancelled my order and it took them a week to reply to an email I sent. They said they would cancel and give me a refund in 14 days and till today which is more than 40 days later I’m still waiting , no one bothers to read and come back to my email. If you want a stress free and smooth transaction I’d advice not to use this company. Extremely dissatisfied
