PC LINK Delivered in 2 days - But can understand frustration as communications channels are limited

Good Morning All

After I ordered my inverter I stumbled on reviews (normally check reviews before working with anyone but not this time) and got into a panic. I ordered my inverter on Tuesday and it was delivered today (Thursday morning) and I am thrilled and relieved. I would give 5 stars BUT I experienced the black hole of communications and can understand people's frustration. Some pointers from me for PCLINK.

1. The phone number registered is not operational and so should be removed from any internet information to avoid people getting frustrated. 2. There is no tracking information for one to follow 3. Email comms = OK. I did get a response but no confirmations.

All in all one feels as if they are hiding behind the internet and that makes me very uncomfortable. Communications in THE age of communication is sorely lacking - Just some advice to the PC LINK owners.
