Pc Link Computers - worst service ever
Terrible services. Placed my order in full on 28 Jan 2022. Their website confirmed stock availability and commits to ship within 2-3 days. Correspondence from them is totally vague No landline to get into contact with them. On Friday 18 Feb 2022, after emails sent informing them that my next step will be to report them to the ombudsman, they sent an email confirming that my order is ready. Arranged for the couriers on 21 Feb 2022 to collect only to be informed by the courier that my order is not ready for collection

We sent you an email to indicate that the stock was ready for collection.
The courier guy collects stock from us on a daily basis for multiple clients.
The only reason that the couriers would not be able to collect is if you provide the incorrect reference or no reference at all for the collection.
We do close at 14:00 on a Friday.
They sent you an email at 15:30 to state that the collection failed.
This is way past the closing time of the office
