Pc Link Computers - Worst place to buy and with the poorest customer service

I don’t even want to give them one star. Worst customer service ever.

I placed an order 10 December 202 for an item that indicated “in stock” and delivery will be 10 to 20 working days. After receiving no communication from them that the item must still be shipped from abroad. Again what thats in stock in South Africa mean ????

I’ve been sending numerous emails to cancel the order since 10 January, a month after i placed the order.

Receive a email they were closed and opened the 6th Again I send emails to cancel the order. Today I received an email if I cancel 30% of the amount and shipping fees will be forfeited.

How ridiculous is this after I send how many emails to cancel the order.
