PC Link Computers - Worst online company

Do not do business with this company! Be warned. They are a bunch of ******** and dishonest people. I ordered a supplement on 11 Oct 2021. I never received any feedback on the progress of my order, nor did I receive my order. When trying to contact them, you only get a voicemail. And from the support email you only get an updated ticket number. I asked for someone to phone me to no avail. This surely constitutes ***** and theft when a company takes your money with no intention to deliver the goods? On 7/12/2021 an agent finally confirmed via email that a refund will be processed. Well, I am still waiting, and again back to the silent treatment after many attempts to get a date when the promised refund will happen. They do not even deserve one star
