Pc Link Computers! Worse service ever!

I have purchased a Corsair 570X from Pc Link Computers that was delivered on Wednesday 28th March. To much anticipation, we waited until the long weekend to put together our new pc. From getting mixed feedback on delivery of our purchase, to watching the delivery guy drag the box to our apartment. To receiving a defective product that now blew up our motherboard due to a fault in the RGB controller that comes standard with the chassis. Is this unacceptable or what? We never received a response to our email initially and had to phone in. It was picked up yesterday (3rd April) to have a technician check it out. I was told today (which I had to call them again) that I can’t get a refund or exchange and I must wait 2 weeks to get it back again. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.
