PC LINK COMPUTERS - WHAT A FRUSTRATION

What a frustration dealing with PC Link Computers. I ordered an item which they said would be en route from their warehouse. As I got no feedback days later I eventually got in my car and went to their office, when they told me they did not have the item I bought in stock despite the website showing in stock. I paid more to solve the problem, and again some days later without being notified I went to their office in Florida Glen and picked up the replacement. This item did not work and was returned on the 8th when they told me it would take 2-3 days to process a refund so I could buy another (bigger) ssd.

10 days and a bunch of emails later no feedback and no solution. Can't even phone them as you will be number *** in the caller queue.

Really disappointed with their service and attitude towards customers.
