PC Link Computers visa payment *****

I paid for a laptop on the 18th of January 2022 R32 094.00. Since then l have been told unit was damaged in transit and my last communication with them via email was they would refund me. Now l see the website is down. Who can assist with information where l can report this case. I stay in Zimbabwe and would like to visit RSA to make a formal complaint.
