Pc Link Computers very bad customer service

I bought UPS Battery on the 9 Nov 2020 for delivery. Their deliveries take up to 5 working days, however mine took longer and i requested for a refund instead. Still today i have not received my money, this is inconveniencing and no one really cares. They reply to emails a day later. I just want my money really, they don't even have a phone to contact them. I am so ****ed!
