PC LINK COMPUTERS TOKAI CAPE TOWN

We have ordered 2 batteries for the our DJ MAVERICK PRO from PAC LINK COMPUTERS TOKAI CAPE TOWN on the May 4, 2021. Still have not received batteries however money R3,988-00 was withdrawn for same. Are not able to reach them by phone- is this just another **** organisation or can anyone assist with more information on this company please.
