PC Link Computers - They take payment but do not deliver a product

As with many reviews on this website, I placed an order with PC LINK Computers, paid my money and now can't get hold of them.

They do not answer any emails and when you phone their land line it goes straight to a voice message telling you to email them.

Order was placed on 5th Dec 2021. Got an automated response same day confirming order and payment and that was the last we ever heard of them.

Time to go and open a case at the police station.
