PC link computers terrible service.

I ordered a UPS and paid about ten thousand rands on 1 December 2021. It’s 29 March 2022, almost 5 months of waiting. Initially I was told my order would be available on 23 January 2022. When the date came I was told that it was on back order and will be available on 20 March 2022. To date The status of the order is still reflecting as “paid” and not reflecting that it is available for collection. I sent a follow up email on 25 March to which there has been no response. I sent another follow up email today and await response. The service has been the worst ever service received for the amount of money spent. There is no phone number provided for contacting PC links which makes it extremely difficult to communicate with them. I live far from their office and can’t just go there as they only operate during weekdays because of work and they aren’t open on weekends.
