PC Link Computers Terrible service

I ordered a Lenovo Laptop on the 11th of March and to date have received zero feed back on when I can expect the unit. I have paid in full for the order. I have send several emails and tried calling but no luck. I am very disappointed as I could have gone and bought a unit at a local retail. Now I do not have funds to pay for a new laptop and sitting without a laptop.
