PC LINK COMPUTERS SUCK!

PCLINK SUCKS! no other way of putting it. This company needs to be reported to the NCC. I ordered and paid 6 weeks ago for a printer. No word from them. I have done all the follow ups. I have demanded a refund as they cannot provide any date that they can deliver my goods. I am waiting 2 weeks for a refund. All they say it has been submitted. Is Garth Botha replying to everyone's queries because I suspect this is a one man show.
