PC Link Computers Service is terrible.

I have Ordered a Charger for my Bose Soundock Portable Charge. What was delivered is incorrect. I have been trying to return the item or get the correct Charger. I have requested the return 21 December 2020. To date all i get is system generated messages that my query will be addressed.
