Pc Link Computers Refused to Refund Clients

OKay, So I have order a product with them, Its been 48 Days and the product is still not with me, They Refuse to refund me, They Refuse to get back to me. There terms stats that It can take up to 45 Days, We are past that. I will not recommend this company TO any one in SA.
