PC Link Computers poor customer service

After ordering on their website, and their subsequent delivery on an inferior specification laptop to what I ordered, which i returned the next day and for which they agreed to refund me as they could not supply computer specification as per their website. I am still waiting for them to refund my money, and this is after repeated assurances that I would be refunded by given dates..which have all passed....I am still waiting to receive my refund. Shockingly poor service - am bitterly disappointed. I will never deal with this company again, nor will I ever recommend then to anyone else.
