PC Link Computers pay and never recieve goods

Order placed, payment made and no response from them since. You cannot call as they only operate via email. Will never use them again. They should really consider having a proper customer care number as their pricing is reasonable. This is the reason why people use bigger online stores and not the smaller businesses.
