PC Link Computers - Pathetic Service

We ordered a birthday gift for my daughter from PC Link Computers mid June 2021. On August 3rd I received a mail stating that the parcel won't be delivered and that the refund will be made within 14 days (which takes us to 17 Aug). It is now 2 September and we are still waiting. This was for a birthday gift in June! I can't find a contact number to contact anyone re this pathetic service.
