PC Link Computers order #158863 no refund after 4 months

I don't like complaining, which is why this is my first review on Hello Peter, but PC Link Computers has pushed me far enough.

My story starts on the 31st of March when I placed an order for a Gigabyte 3080 graphics card with PC Link Computers which was paid in full on the 1st of April (how appropriate). At the time when I placed the order there was a waiting time listed on the website of 15 to 20 working days, however that time came and went and no product was delivered. We were in email communication about the order, shipment delays, possible shipment dates and alternative products until the 26th of July when I found a similar card in stock with another shop and requested a refund.

They requested my banking details which I supp****, thinking that we were making progress. On the 28th of July I was told that it could take as long as 10 working days to get the refund approved by management.

Here we are, more than two weeks later. The other card that was available is now long gone, I'm still out more than R21 000 and I haven't received a reply to any of the emails I've sent since. I can't even get an update out of them.

Stop playing games! If you can't deliver the product I paid for then give me my money back!
