PC LINK COMPUTERS ONLINE ORDERS DOES NOT DELIVER AFTER PAYMENT

hi there i have order a 152 piece crayola from PC Link computers on the 7th Jan 2021 order 16379#, it says estimated time of delivery 20 working days, including shipping i paid R 836.00 and to date have not received, i tried their landline and it does exist, tried a second one that says you can communicate via email send them emails to ***. received a automated resposnse 7 days ago( Your request (50540) has been received. email support no response requested a refund no response emailed them, today no response i want a refund please
