PC Link Computers, not linked to Internet Banking

I wish these reviews allowed for negative stars. Ordered an item from PC Link on the 30th of November 2020. Had to literally pull feedback from them, and then was finally offered a refund (which apparently can only be done on Mondays, so I assume it's because the accounts department has not yet figured out that Internet banking works 24/7/365. Have been waiting for my refund since early December. Was promised a refund in early January, and to this very day, no communications and no refund.
