PC Link computers, no delivery, refund or update going on 4 months

In June 21 I ordered and paid for a camera battery and charger from PC Link computers, online.. Order #21938 for R779.00. I received confirmation of payment on 12th June 21, and have had no tangible feedback or update since then. I have sent multiple emails with only computer generated replies stating that they have received my mail and will come back shortly. There is no phone number or any other way to reach these people. I am past being patient, they are without doubt the worst internet purchasing company that I have ever dealt with It is over 3 months and I sent email request for update/ delivery of the paid item, or a refund for the fifth time now !
