Pc Link Computers messed this one up

I am bitterly disappointed with their very poor service. The whole purpose for dealing with them was because they suppose to be cheaper than Evetech (whom are very sufficient) On Friday 29 June at 14:36 after spending +/- 45 min on the line with an awesome Assistant who helped me really nicely i got a mail confirming my order and awaiting payment. I made payment immediately which was fine. Then Monday i get a call to say they don't have stock. PROBLEM! as this was after they "confirmed" stock. I then had to pay in to get a different headset because they don't know when they getting more . THEN Thursday i get a mail stating i can pick up my order :-/ after I've paid shipping etc. When i call them i get told there was a mix up but don't worry your order is on the way "it has been SENT" After a long chat with the assistant he tells me they haven't sent the parcel but guarantees me it would be EXPEDITED of course we all know that's just them saying the what i want to hear. It has now been a week and STILL nothing. Thanks for nothing Pc Link
