PC Link Computers lets down essential goods suppliers in SA during lock-down!

Ordered much needed printer toner from PC Link Computers to continue printing and sending out essential product during the lock-down period in SA. Pharmaceuticals! Paid in full as it was in-stock on their system on 22 March 2020. When we went to collect on 23 March 2020, we were told it was out of stock. On phoning them (on hold for 32 minutes each time), Garth Botha just says, "sorry, nothing we can do". No refund or any solution offered. PC Link Computers - you have let down essential suppliers of very much needed IT support in South Africa during these very challenging times. You and your staff should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and issue a public apology to the nation. The fact that you are closed despite IT supply being essential, means that this is nothing more than a holiday for you. The least you could be doing is working on skeleton staff to ensure supplies can be despatched to the essential good suppliers. Disgraceful behaviour!
