PC Link Computers is not trusty

I bought one item on PC Link Computers the last 15 June (AMVR Leather Fashion Travel Case for Storage Oculus Quest VR Gaming Headset and Touch Controllers). The Delivery for this item is estimated 15 - 20 Working Days. I have been complaining about the delay because I have been waiting for more than 45 days. I sent one email to this website because is imposible to make a call and they say that there is a delay due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Finally I received the parcel today 3 August but with a WRONG pruduct in the box. I definitelly would like to say that this website is not trusty. I'm very unhappy with the service received and don't recomend to buy items here. Regards Prof Pulido
