PC LINK COMPUTERS IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY

In fact there should be a better rating system for a ZERO.I ordered from PCLINK COMPUTERS & paid only to get an order number .I expected to have some email r sort of reference to keep tracking my purchase.Their number is voice automated.NO RESPONSE TO MAILS.NO TRACKING NUMBER.NO WAY OF REACHING THEM.NO CANCELING OF ORDERS.How then can one even know whether what they bought will come of not.How many days does a simples Kids backpack take to arrive? I even had to buy another bag at Takealot because it was meant to be my kids birthday present.NO MEANS OF STOPPING OR GETTING A REFUND....PCLINK COMPUTERS is a **** and no business sense,no customer care whatsoever.If you value your money and heart .Stay away from this company as they will make you sweat for your hard earned money.I will definitely take this up wit the Ombudsman.
