PC Link Computers is a ****

I think this company is a ****. I ordered SONY Home Theatre speaker cables with PC Link shop online on the 23rd November 2021. Biggest mistake of my life. This company is so *****, when you call them on the phone you get an IVR telling you to email, you email and you get a response telling you they will get back to you. They never call back either.
