PC Link Computers Has BAD Customer Service And Turn Around Time

I have placed my order on the 29th August 2021, I still have not received my order and today it is 07th September 2021. I have sent emails and no response and I called their number but it is an automated call and cannot speak to their agent. PC Link Computers has a bad customer service. No communication about delays or what so ever and it has passed the SLA long time ago. I thought of driving to their offices but I doubt it will make a difference. I want my laptop and need to complete my assignments.
