PC Link Computers - ********** of note

I placed an order with these "clowns" on the 9th April 2022 and within a few days saw a complaint on Hellopeter.com regarding the Merchant. I immediately started trying to follow up on my R18500.00 order to no avail. You are unable to contact them telephonically nor via their email channel. These guys are absolute *******. The sad reality is that I used them last year and was extremely satisfied with their service. I then contacted Paygate who facilitate the interface between banks and the Merchant. I believe I contacted them timeously for them to reverse the payment but they would not assist. I was then told to communicate with my bank which I did and also no assistance. You just get told to be patient. How the ^%$%$ do you resolve such an issue. I believe that Paygate could have reversed the transaction.
