PC Link Computers Florida - Bad Service - Incomplete Order Fully paid

On the 2nd of Dec I bought and paid for a Logitech *** C922 Pro Stream Webcam - Includes Tripod. My wife went to pick up the order on my behalf on the 8th of Dec but without the tripod that is included. I reached out to them the next day to advise the order is incomplete and sent them pictures of the plastic bad in which they only had the camera. The feedback received is horrible and I only get feedback when I email them, no effort from their side to give me feedback. Every time I am told "awaiting feedback from the supplier" .

It is the 20th of Dec now, again i mailed for feedback. This is a xmas that is incomplete.

Pathetic service and attempt to resolve the matter. They are not even giving me alternatives like refunding of the tripod. At this point I am willing to take a refund on the tripod so I can get it elsewhere.
