PC-Link computers fail to refund faulty battery
I have placed an order with PC-Link computers and paid in full R1500 rand for a new battery on the 10th of March 2021. The battery were faulty on arrival. The battery were sent back to PC-Link computers all arranged by them of which I got prove of the return delivery at the premises. (The Battery should be @ Pc Link Computers at Pc Link Computers Service Centre, Mustek Building, 322 15th Road,, Randjespark, Midrand as it were delivered there by MDS collivery before 16:00 on 31st March. )
The returns manager Maurice Venter (***) . Did respond with the following message.
Good Afternoon
Apologies regarding the confusion regarding this return. Just spoke to the supplier and according to them the unit is still under assessment, the unit was booked in with them on the 8th April 2021. Told them I need a answer regarding this before the end of this week as this is with them now for almost 2 months and still no solution or answer.
I will escalate this and have an answer for this for you as soon as possible. Once again apologies regarding the delay on an outcome for this.
