PC Link Computers, *****ed me!!!
I paid for a couple of huge *** toys, tens of thousands of Rands, which ive ordered from PC Link Computers, more than a month ago (5th Sep 2020)
Their website clearly states…”delivery takes between 10-20 days”.
Only now after 25 days, do they contact me, stating yesterday that one item isnt in stock and then in a separate email today, stating that another item isnt in stock.
Yet never at any time during my order a month ago, was it mentioned anywhere on the site or via email to me as the client…that there arent any stock available.
PC Link Computers took tens of thousands of Rands from me and I have lost not only that money, hut also the interest on that money if it was in my bank account and also I STILL don’t have ANY of the items ive ordered from them on the 5th Sep 2020.
They have taken all that money from me, which i took out of my 7day account, which gets a 0.0029% interest each month and i currently have R450,000.00 in that account (glad to show you). Without that money PC Link Computers took in that account (and not receiving what ive purchased from them), ive lost my interest for the month. Ive lost money!
I couldve bought all those items from another supplier and wouldve had them by now and have used them...but not from PC Link Computers, no!
And ontop of that, it took them a MONTH to get into contact with me (the client), to say that things are not in stock and nothing is even on their way to me yet!!!
As i do with all companies that #uck people over, i will report them and have it known, how they treat their customers.

Its now another two days later and STILL no refund or any item that I ordered 47 days ago!
I saw an email from PC Link Computers to "PayFast", asking them to refund me my money.
1. PC Link Computers waited over a month to contact me about my order. Then telling me in 2 separate days that different stock were not available. Then stating that it will take another 45 days for their offices to receive new stock. Keeping in mind then that it will take another month on top of that, to MAYBE reach your doorstep.
2. Then when I asked for a refund, Dehan Williams told me that i apparently signed an agreement (which is NOT true), stating that I agree to the fact that a refund takes a minimum of 14 working days.So I then had to wait another 14 WORKING days, for a refund, right? Wrong! It is so much more longer!
3. When Dehan Williams sent an email to PayFast, they then sent me now an email, stating that the refund will be made and it will take several days, before reflecting in my bank account.
So lets just count that as maybe another 4 days that PayFast will take, before refunding me my money.
Basically...it takes Dehan Williams from PC Link Computers, nearly 60 days to give a simple refund on a "should-be-purchase", that was in actual fact his own (Dehan Williams) fault, for not going through.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...!!!Use any other company to supply you with what you need. Do NOT use PC Link Computers !!!
