PC Link Computers don't honour delivery timelines. No effective communication. Hard Pass.

Ordered and paid for an item on 29 Jan. They state that the item will ship in 1-2 business days if ordered before 12pm. Status update to "in process" on 31 Jan. Email them on 3 & 4 Feb and get no response. Finally a response on 8 Feb - they'll ship for end of week or next week. Told them to cancel and refund if they don't deliver immediately. Received an email that they cancelled the order and will refund in 7-14 BUSINESS days. That may not be that straightforward given what others are saying here... I won't touch them again. If I had seen their HelloPeter reputation I would not have bothered to begin with. Deal with PC Link Computers at your own risk. You have been warned.
