PC Link Computers does not deliver goods paid for

My son ordered and paid for including for shipping a set of Galaxy Duds on the 11th of May 2020 and to date these have not arrived. We have tried contacting PC Link Computers on many occasions. there phone lines have been disconnected due to high caller volumes, there one can only communicate via email to which to promise a 48 hour turn around time, this never happens, we have had only one response from them asking us to be patient due to lock down, there has been no response to all our further communications for tracking numbers etc. Stay away, PC link does not fore fill their obligations.
