PC Link Computers CC do not use!!!!

Ordered goods to the value of R18000 and have had no response from PC Link Computers. I have tried calling them but just get an automated message saying email them. When you email them, your mail goes into a black hole. I feel that we should contact Carteblanche to investigate. I also contacted paygate who advised me to email PCLinkshop, what a joke. This is really sad that people can get ********** at a time like this.
