Pc Link Computers Bad Service

This companies services is very bad !! You can't communicate via telephone with this company only via @mail. I bought two boxes of Canon ink cartridges and paper 108 on the 22-12-2021 but their shops were closed for the holidays and informed that my order would be delivered on the 7th of January 2022. On the 7th I requested my money back because they couldn't deliver my items on time . The manager assured me that my money would be deposited into my account and it takes 2 weeks but still find myself still waiting for the money. This company' service is very bad ! Stay away from online purchases from this company.
