PC Link Computers are ********.

I ordered items that came to the amount of more than R6000 in April, after waiting and chasing I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the other end of line when I call the provided contact number, the emails I get are full pf regretful apologies but my refund has not been actioned. Do I actually need to go open a case of theft for these people? Anybody had a similar experience and were you ever refunded? I'd like money back.
